Born and raised in Hong Kong, Bradford Lee began his careers in Hang Seng Bank in Hong Kong after getting his bachelor degree in Information Systems from the City University of Hong Kong in the 90's.
In 1998, Bradford joined the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) as an Executive Trainee in 1998. He worked for various functions of the HKTDC including trade research, worldwide promotion, exhibitions in Hong Kong and the chairman's office before he was posted to the HKTDC office in Germany. Upon returning to Hong Kong in 2002, Bradford joined the E-Commerce Department of the HKTDC. He currently oversees the business development area of the HKTDC's B2B online business.
